Another great way to begin your Hvar vacation before the catamaran or your speedboat pick up - or as a memorable ending to your Hvar holiday is our unique Palace Tour and a special, chef - prepared Dalmatian lunch! Begin your tour by meeting the head waiter or chef at one of Split’s most authentic restaurants in the bustling fish market. You’ll learn about the different Adriatic fish and then he will help you pick the catch of the day. While he returns to prepare your meal personally, we’re off for a unique Palace Tour that takes you behind closed doors that most tourists never see; meet local artists and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee at Split’s best café. Then to the restaurant to enjoy your specially prepared meal.

Meeting point: Split harbor, or at a place pre-arranged where our associate will meet you.
Departure time: The catamaran from Hvar departs at: 6.30AM, 7:30AM, 1:45PM
From Split the catamaran departs at: 11:30AM, 2PM, 5PM. The trip takes about an hour.

Tour begins in Split: 10AM but this tour can also be arranged at a time that is convenient for you, so please ask us what your unique requirements are and we will be happy to get back to you with the particulars and our price.
