Catamaran from Korcula town The “Krilo Jet” catamaran leaves Korcula town at 6PM ,Monday-Saturday and Sunday at 1PM.
Catamaran from Vela Luka The catamaran from Vela Luka leaves at 5:30PM, Monday-Saturday and Sunday at 8PM.
Car/passenger ferries Option 1: Korcula Town-Orebic by ferry; Orebic-Drvenik by car; Drvenik-Sucuraj, Hvar Island be ferry and then from Sucuraj to Hvar Town by car Take a ferry from Korcula Town to Orebic, a little village on the Pelješac peninsula. From Orebic it takes about an hour by car to reach the main highway that connects Dubrovnik to Split. Take this main highway towards Split and exit at Drvenik. Once in Drvenik, you need to take the car ferry that goes to Sucuraj, a village on the “far” side of Hvar Island. The ferry departures from Drvenik are very frequent and the crossing is just 45 minutes. From Sucuraj it’s a 1.5– 2 hour drive to Hvar Town on some wonderful, but tricky, narrow winding roads—so take your time, and although the views are splendid, keep your eyes peeled on the road ahead, especially before the town of Jelsa (about 40km from Sucuraj).
Option 2: Korucla Town-Stari Grad, Hvar Island by ferry; Stari Grad-Hvar Town by bus or car Take the coastal line ferry at Korcula Town that connects Dubrovnik and Rijeka. This coastal line ferry that stops at Korcula Town will take you to Stari Grad on Hvar Island. The ferry journey between these two ports takes about 3 hours, giving you lots of relaxing time to have a snack on board (or bring a picnic!), sun bathe or simply enjoy the amazing views of Hvar’s south hills. NOTE: This ferry does not run “off season” in winter. It starts June 2nd and departs from Korcula Town to Stari Grad are on Thursdays and Sundays at 1PM.
