A wonderful cruise along the islands of Hvar, Brac, and the Pelješec peninsula brings us to the fabled island of Korcula and its historic capital town of Korcula. Korcula is considered to be the birthplace of Marco Polo and legend has it that the town was founded by the Trojan hero Antenor. Framed by the blue-green Adriatic, Korcula Town is a walker’s delight. Its majestic entrance (originally a moat surrounded the main gate) and cobblestone streets wind around the entire town and take you past some fascinating churches as well as the legendary home of Marco Polo. If you wish, we can arrange for a private guide, or just wander around by yourself - you can’t get lost! And while you are in town, be sure to try some of the fine Korcula wines like their white Pošip, the authentic grape variety of this lovely island. After your Korcula Town excursion we’ll take you by speedboat to Mljet National Park.

Mljet Island National Park
Just a short cruise from Korcula is Miljet Island National Park, which is so pristine and gorgeous that visiting boats are only allowed in at certain times of the day and in certain numbers. What makes Miljet so special is not only its densely wooded environment and two beautiful saltwater lakes, Veliko Jezero and Mali Jezero, but a 12th - century Benedictine monastery perched in the middle of Veliko Jezero lake! There’s lots of time to visit the monastery, swim in one of the lakes, even rent a bike or scooter to ride around the island and stop wherever you wish to enjoy the lush views or perhaps a dip in the cove at Pomena.

Tour description: This tour takes you to Korcula and Mljet National Park. If you need assistance in arrangements for additional Korcula Town or Korcula Island sightseeing or additional services like seeing Moreška, wine tasting or find a great place for lunch, motor bike rental or car rental let us know. We’ll be happy to help you.
Meeting point: we will pick you up at your hotel, villa, private accommodation, where your boat is moored or meet you at one of our four tour booths in Hvar Town. We will agree on this when the tour is booked.
Departure time: between 9 - 11AM. Most of these tours can also be arranged at a time that is convenient for you, so please ask us what your unique requirements are and we will be happy to get back to you with the particulars and our price.
Duration: This is a full-day program, 6 - 8 hours
End location: We will end this tour where you wish - at the marina, your hotel, villa or private accommodation. Just let us know
